Snooty’s was built on the belief that great food brings people together. Our journey began long before the food truck and catering trays — it started in the kitchen of my late grandmother, Annie Ruth.
Standing beside her, I learned more than recipes. She instilled patience, care, and an understanding that food is a powerful way to love on people. In her kitchen, laughter mingled with the aromas of spices and homemade treats, and those moments became the foundation of a lifelong passion.
What began as shared time cooking and learning blossomed into Snooty’s — a catering business and food truck rooted in flavor, compassion, and purpose. The kitchen became my sanctuary, a place where flavor meets love and where every meal served is an act of kindness.
Today, Snooty’s proudly serves Detroit and surrounding communities with fried fish favorites, comfort food classics, and high-volume catering for events of all sizes.
